I'm an atheist but the numbers are a bit misleading and here's why.....Black people are overly represented in our prisons and the majority of blacks believe in god. Same goes for Hispanics.

Edited by pValue2010: 4/29/2016 3:54:46 PMI think the correlation is driven more by socioeconomic status... Uneducated and poor people are more likely to commit crimes. They are also likely to be religious. Also more likely to be of color.
-
Edited by Reutter85: 4/29/2016 3:57:40 PMThat is correct, which also proves my point even more.
-
Same goes for human in general
-
Well you're an idiot.
-
Oh? And how is that?
-
The numbers of atheist/agnostics in Europe, Russia, Japan, US (white/European), and Canada are very high. Hell, it's nearly 25% in America now. My comment was stating that the overwhelming majority of blacks and Hispanics are religious, which is far different, percentage wise, than these for mentioned areas.
-
25% isn't nearly half. Its halfway to being half. Regardless of what race in prison, chances are most of them are religious and that's due to the numbers.
-
So you clearly didn't get my point then. Got it.
-
I completely get the point. You can't use race as an example because it applies to most humans.
-
I can and I did. Black and Hispanic people are way more religious than the groups I mentioned earlier when it comes to percentages. Is there anything else you need clarification on three times before you understand it? I'm here to help
-
Fúckwit, even without black and Hispanics the numbers would still look the way they do. They would still be extreme. Bringing up blacks and Hispanics won't change that.

Thanks for your worthless input. I think we're done here.
