I don't have an eyesluna. When I use faster rate of fire hand cannons, I aim for the chest, the next two shots should hit the head. They either move, and I shoot them as they try to avoid, or I just spray until dead.
Heavier hitting hand cannons with slower rate of fire, like Judith-D, hits hard. One to the head, two to the body. They fire slowly, but after two hits, people panic and move. Just avoid and incoming hits and shoot them in the butt as they run. Done and done.
Also, hand cannons seem to work better for higher agility builds, but thats me.

Oh, one more thing. Corners and doors are your friend. Move in and out of the enemies line of sight. Hand cannons reward accuracy, but if you take repeated hits it's going to throw your aim off more. I peek around an object, hit twice, wait a second, peek back out and take another hit. It used to be more rewarding to play with them at range because you could stay out of way from auto rifles. I'd say auto's are the Hand Cannons nemesis now. My Judith-D has pretty good range though, even though it's rate of fire is pish more. Anyway, happy hunting and I hope this helps.
