Welcome! While the Seventh Column is a medal you get in Destiny, it is also the name ( it's still used by many, you just don't see it as often nowadays) for the Bungie community. Here's a neat page for it off of Bungiepedia (a community updated Wiki-type site) that explains it too. http://bungie.wikia.com/wiki/The_Seventh_Column

3 RepliesAchieving 7th column in Destiny is killing 7 people in a short time. Lord Shaxx yells out, "SEVENTH COLUMN!"

1 ReplyIt is a possible reference to the term "Fifth Column", which is a group of individuals clandestinely undermining a larger group from within.

6 RepliesBungie favourite number. Always has been. The use the number seven in their games a lot. Example the Battle Riffle has seven stars.
