Yesterday I have acquired full taken armor for my hunter. I also acquired the taking shiver emote from Eververse. Looks pretty cool. Now however, I still have my armor equipped in my inventory, but the taken shiver emote is not in my emotes inventory. I went to the emote collection kiosk at the tower hanger right side of the Tower, and the kiosk said I can only hold one at a time. But, I don't have the emote in the menu inventory. Already tried to log out and log back in, still not there. Restart my internet/modem/router, still nothing. Please help.
