Hi siix,
As a next troubleshooting step, you may want to try power cycling your network hardware. There is a guide on how to do so at this link: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11877

Done but still no luck. Lasted about 30 minutes before booting me.

The way Destiny creates connections between your console, Bungie's servers, and other players is different than the way many other games create their connections. As such, network performance in other games and applications does not provide an accurate indicator that you are set up to get the best Destiny experience. For further troubleshooting, you may want to contact your Internet Service Provider to investigate potential issues with the stability of your connection. If you do contact your ISP, please keep in mind that your signal levels change while playing Destiny. For your ISP to get the most accurate analysis of your connection, have them run their troubleshooting checks while you are playing Destiny.

Okay, that's what I was thinking might have been the issue. Is there a tracert I could do ahead of time to have ready for them?
-
Our recommendation for helping your ISP get an accurate analysis is to just play the game as you normally would, and if possible replicate the conditions or error codes that you typically encounter.
-
K well my ISP say they can't do anything unless I upgrade my connection speed. They claim that 512kbps upload (I know it's a little wellfare) is probably the cause.

You may want to take a look through our Network Troubleshooting Guide. It includes several recommendations to help ensure your network is optimized for Destiny. Here is a link: https://www.bungie.net/en/Support/Troubleshoot?oid=12915
