Also the raids are still reading 290 and 310 not 320 and 330 played a round last night of kings fall on hard most of us including my self didn't get anything over 329. I thought it was suppose to drop 330-335

Its progressive, like how it was when the taken king first released. What ever your current light level is, the raid and other activities will drop you small increases to boost your light level (or sometimes let downs). I started the raid at 322 light, equipped or infused the higher gear straight away and the next drop i found higher gear. I finished the raid at 325.

if you go into the raid at 320 the highest light loot will drop at seems to be 325-326... so up to 5-6 light boost. youll need to be at or close to 330 to start seeing 335 loot drops.

They're not supposed to. The enemies stay the same light level but the rewards are a higher light level.
