And each day you replace a bit of it, a brick, a window, a roof tile, the list goes on would it be a different house than the original build?

From what I understand, the same thing happens to our bodies via our atoms. I think it was something like every 7-10 years all of our atoms have been replaced. Or maybe it was cells. I don't remember. Regardless we are still the same person after that time, so i don't know why a house wouldn't be.

You replace every part to this bike with new parts over time, but keep the old parts. Now after you have replaced all the parts on your bike, which bike is your original bike? And when does it stop being your bike and become a new bike? Its called the "ship of thesius paradox" (I might have spelled it wrong.
