Since the MIDA will receive a PvE nerf for PVP's sake, I have thought of an addition to the exotic perk of the MIDA that might keep it viable in PvE and preserve its utility without affecting PvP.
On PoE weapons and also crota weapons there were perks that would confuse witches or stun fallen captains.
Since it is the MULTITOOL I think it would be cool to give it the possibility to apply a status effect on MINIONS OF THE DARKNESS.
There would be multiple ways to approach it IMO:
1.) make it have a chance to stun on precision shot (not for long just for as long as the stagger would last)
2.) chance to apply a random statuseffect (blind, confusion, stun, maybe even burn) on precision hits with the MIDA.
Again: wording would be "to Minions of the Darkness"
What do you guys think about this idea?
Have a nice day Guardians.

1 Reply1) Is basically putting it back to how it was before but make the high caliber perk specific to minions of the darkness. I agree. 2) Would take too much time to develop because this isn't an existing effect so its not something that could happen any time soon.

1 ReplyCheck it out, since its a multi tool shouldnt it do elemental damage to to wat ever shielded enemy ur shooting at? Like im gonna shoot this wizard....oh look its shield melted now let me shoot that fallen captain....shield melted again i think i like this thing.

1 ReplyIt would be nice if they added that wording to numerous perks

1 ReplyI'll take this, it seems fair for the pve players, while still satisfying the pvp players. Even though the high caliber rounds were so so at best.

1 ReplyLosing the high caliber rounds on Mida sucks. How do we stagger majors and ultras with it now. It's gonna be a pea shooter.

1 ReplyThis would be really cool.

2 RepliesSo it's okay if they got rid of it

Ya but it was a hidden perk that most people didn't know had it without testing it
