Some people prefer to workout in the morning, but I prefer to workout around 5 mainly because dinner is usually around that time, and helps me go to sleep. Try out a few different times, see which you like best. Also, I usually eat after I workout, something with a lot of protein like a protein bar.

Yeah, at least wait a day in between every time. Gives your muscle time to recover and build up

Every time i start working out i'll stay sore for 4 days to a week.. should i still work out every other day?

Hm, maybe just work out once every 2 or 3 days if that's the case. Start off a bit slow, try to work up to not being sore for 4 days. Could just be that you aren't used to it yet, though eventually it'll get easier
