I don't use 1kys but...
Why the hell would you nerf something for being popular? Oh no, a tv show is popular let's have fewer episodes. Ridiculous right, well I use stillpiercer and eirene rr4s but I find it outrageous that they are singiling out a weapon due to popularity again.
It is why they killed so many other weapons and just a shame.
Will I quit no, it won't even slow my play down.
However popular weapons especially when you can buy them and they can be gotten from drops really easy. DOES NOT MEAN NERF IT.

1 ReplyYeah the overall ammo capacity nerf on top of the ammo nerf to 1kys itself was kind of overkill. People are probably going to stop using it once the longbow and ldr are released. Also the scope nerf will probably get a lot of players to stop sniping entirely. That nerf in particular was absolutely not needed.

1 ReplyI agree with this. It's only as popular as it is because it's the best of the 3 viable options for snipers. It's practically the same as LDR and Longbow. The sniper nerf is silly, and unjust in my opinion. Same with MIDA. MIDA was my first exotic and my favorite gun. It's the gun that shaped my playstyle back in the early days of destiny. I fell in love with scout rifles because of it. Now, it's been rekt by bungo. High caliber rounds made the gun amazing in PvP.
