So I watched your video and I see some latency. Bungie has added a new system to the crucible called damage referee which favors good connection and places bad connection based people with bad connection based people. I'd recommend taking a look at bungies Network troubleshooting guide. This can drastically improve your internet so you can avoid being placed into laggy matches like this. Network Troubleshooting guide: https://www.bungie.net/en/Support/Troubleshoot?oid=12915 I also recommend doing this if you suspect cheating: please report in game if you have an issue. Bungie takes all reports seriously and Investigates extensively. I recommend using the consoles report feature as they have enforcement teams as well. If you continue to experience lag is recommend looking at this network troubleshooting guide. https://www.bungie.net/en/Support/Troubleshoot?oid=12915 Link: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12960 This link is if your sure they have cheated Link: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13967
If you are not confident that a player was cheating, do not use this form. Many things that may at first appear to involve cheating can be explained by other things, such as poor internet connectivity. Abuse of this contact form may result in account restrictions. Fraudulent reports and submissions unrelated to cheating may result in disciplinary actions against your account
• I don't believe Damage Referee is real. Too many poor connections run away with matches and too often we see full green bars and people glitching in and out. In the end, the people with good connections are always the ones most hurt.

 • Tak here you go: Reporting a player or his bad connection is one thing however what about the team who lost the game because of other team's bad connection? Such team gets punished for something they did not do and/or could not even influence. Why, in case of connection that is bad enough to harm the game experience and results, wouldn't the game simply finish or cancel and assign loss to team with bad connection (team causing the bad gaming experience)?
