Wouldn't be half as good without sniper. The cheese is strong with him. Runs 2 snipers at the same time. Just really good at exploiting broken op too easy headshots.

  • The best part is he never claims to be the best and he even admits that most of his skills are with a sniper and mostly kills in public lobbies. He's pretty humble as OP said

  • Dude, if it is so easy then do it yourself. If you can actually run two snipers with a consistently high K/D, then that's awesome, you are in the top 1% of PvP players. If not, then whatever, it's cool. But you just proved that it's not that easy. If running double snipers was so easy, the. Why isn't that the meta right now? Why do only a select group of elite players actually run that setup at all? Cuz it's hard, and it takes skill that 99% of players don't have.

Lol, I wish it was. It would make pub-stomping a lot easier. I'd just run around with universal remote and conspiracy theory while all the kinderguardians hard scope the first open lane they find. But alas, most people who really wanna win use doctrine/sniper, TLW/sniper, NLB/sidearm (a little more hardcore), or Mida/sniper. There is a shotgun or two in there somewhere, I'm sure of it! Lol

  • Lol. Every game has its op thing. There's a reason why all these people that do carries always snipe. And there's also a reason that every 3rd post on here is complaining about snipers in pvp.

  • Yeah, unfortunately snipers are OHK at basically every possible range in PvP, and the only balancing mechanism we have for snipers is the relatively steep skill curve for using them effectively. A lot of players have that skill though, so anyone who isn't sniping kinda get left behind. The main problem is that the destiny sandbox team decided to increase the time-to-kill on pretty much all primary weapons. Allowing OHK special weapons to dominate. Shotguns are a decent choice, but snipers can be just as useful in shotgun range if you're skilled enough. So why choose a gun with limited range over one with infinite range if the only difference is the skill required to use them? Competitive players will always choose the best weapon and overcome the skill gap.

  • I completely agree that the main problem is the primary ttk is to long in relation to special weapons. It's almost getting to the point of gears of war.

  • Yeah, but I do like that it's not Call of Duty. I like being able to engage and actually back off and survive to fight again from another angle. Reminds me a lot of Halo, which I loved. But Halo didn't hand a sniper and rocket launcher to every scrub with a pair of thumbs. You had to fight for those power weapons. In Destiny, everyone is sniping you, and it's really hard for average players to find a groove and get better.
