No need to apologize. The fact that you feel the need to do so is more disappointing than your original (hilarious) comment. Nobody in there right mind thinks you meant more than a joke responding to an equally funny (and popular) post.
Il be honest, I think sometimes you come off insincere and a bit condescending to the communities questions, blatantly ignoring even ones you could respond to, or at least have a topic in the weekly update of "this week's most talked about..." where you post the top 5-10 questions, concerns, etc based on the forums and respond, actual answer or a simple we understand, but cannot comment at this time.
As a community manager I think you have a long way to go, BUT, this particular action I found to be your finest moment. This community (not all obviously, and I am guilty as well) had made a habit of making fun of your job/abilities, often to a quite demeaning and ruthless way despite you being a mouthpiece with many roadblocks to what information you are permitted to give. It was about time you interacted with us in a way that showed A willingness to engage in our more...twisted sense of humor. Keep it up deej, I for one am hoping to see more of your responses in the forums, humorous or not.
