My two cents.
If he acted the way he does towards customers in my area of work after a shit ton of turmoil, his ass would've been fired long before this.
I understand there are things he is told to say and things he can't speak of until he gets the green light, I understand that he's basically Bungie's scapegoat, but the remarks he makes in several instances is uncalled for an unprofessional as fućk.
When you mock your customers after the constant negative backlash being received....You just don't do that.
Unfortunately in the gaming industry, they know the consumers are borderline mentally retarded and don't give a fućk. There's what seems to be a small group of people like us that still retain morals and standards no matter what the industry may be.
In other words, humanity is shit and 9 out of 10 people just don't give a fućk about anything at all anymore.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
