When you are the link and voice between the company you represent and the costumers, you know that you have to deal with a wide variety of costumers, their complaints, praises and demands. You are getting paid to be mature, professional and respectful to the costumers of the company you represent no matter what. If you can't, professionally and respectfully, withstand and reply to the negativity that might come from the costumers, you are not qualified to be the representative and voice of the company.
