Openly mocking a customer that is frustrated with the current game state, a game in which they have invested their own time into, is bad practice. My thoughts to what a ' community manager ' should be, is a face, a personality to customer support. If the Bungie staff can be this toxic, then I want no part in this games future. As much as I hate to question someone's trade, I hope there is some action taken upon Deej for his lack of professionalism.
