Exotic Sidearm

I recently saw a post about an exotic sidearm called the Craftsman's Key. It seemed like a cool idea, although a tad too powerful. After looking at some other ideas, I tried my hand at a sidearm with realistic standards. Ascara's Scythe Description: I would reap the souls of the wicked, but how does one harvest an empty field? -Ascara Rate of Fire: 100 Impact: 5 Range: 40 Stability: 85 Reload: 90 Magazine: 16 Perk 0: Default Infusion- This weapon can be infused to a higher light. Everlasting- This weapon is automatically reloaded after every unassisted kill. Perk 1: Pick One CQB Ballistics- Superior stability, less range Aggressive Ballistics- increased impact, inferior range, less stability Linear Compensator- increased stability, moderate target acquisition, less range Perk 2: Hip fire- increased hip fire accuracy Perk 3: Pick One Casket Mag- decreased stability, increased magazine size Hand Loaded- increased range, decreased handling Armor Piercing Rounds- enemy penetration, decreased handling Perk 4: Pick One Reaper- After a successful kill, this weapon grants increased impact (+1) for three seconds. Stacks up to 3x. Ageless- Regeneration starts immediately after a kill, grants grenade energy on successful kills (grenade energy half has a 5s cool-down). Perk 5: Hidden Perk Who's next?- increased reload speed after an assisted kill. Looks: A Hakke sidearm with a gold base color, black barrel, black grip, and a gold under barrel laser sight with an orange light. Two golden scythe blades protrude from the front of the weapon, curving upward. Acquisition: Reaching rank 10 with every faction (events do not apply) you will receive a quest called Ascara the Timekeeper. The first step of the quest is to find Ascara, a vex gate-lord who resembles Thanatos, in a special mission within the Vault of Glass. The mission spawns a match-made fire team of three in the Gorgon's Maze which contains Ascara in the center. The boss remains an invincible statue until a player comes within 15m, it then enters its 'active' phase in which it will chose one of three attack patterns. First pattern: Attack a random player with the scythe dealing ~100 damage followed by summoning 3 hobgoblins around the other players. Second Pattern: Stay in the middle with two rotating shields (similar to a hydra) and fire solar discs (a larger model of the Bolt Caster projectile) from the scythe at the closest player dealing 50 damage on a direct hit and 3 damage per .1 seconds if inside the cloud. Third Pattern: spawn 3 purple oracles within 150m of the center of the maze that will detonate after 30 seconds, applying mark of the void to all 3 players and locking the attack pattern to the first phase, unless destroyed. The boss will remain idle in the center during this phase. If an attack phase is successfully survived, the boss will teleport back to the center if not already there and remain idle for 5 seconds before moving on to the next phase. The boss will have enough health to sustain at least 3 attack rounds (It's not super tanky like most destiny bosses, but it utilizes invincibility during the 1st and 3rd phases). Upon defeating the boss, a cutscene will activate where the boss falls to his knees, drops the scythe, and fades away until only the scythe is left. After obtaining The Broken Scythe quest item and the second quest step, A Weapon Reborn, you must go to the Speaker in the tower where you will be offered to trade The Broken Scythe and 50 motes of light for Light Imbued Shards. The Gunsmith will then be marked with an objective marker and give you a new quest step, Light Unleashed, for killing 50 guardians with sidearms in the crucible. Finish the step and wait 24 hours. Upon completion, the gunsmith will then offer Ascara's Scythe for one exotic shard (and 2500 glimmer for every other purchase) permanently. Let me know if you think it would be balanced enough to fit in well or not (please give reasons, not just "that's too op"). Also, I know that bungie would never consider this, it's just fun to mess around with.
