Acquire Engrams from Factions
Let us acquire engrams from Factions: Vanguard, Crucible, Dead Orbit, Future War Cult, New Monarchy.
These engrams would cost the same Legendary Marks as what the Cryptarch engrams sell for. Also, these engrams for all factions would change daily or weekly.
If you look at the example I've provided in the screenshot, you would be able to acquire engrams that are specific to New Monarchy. It's an alternative to reforge with better RNG luck for what you want because the Cryptarchs mostly give you junk.
