by equipping the last perk of the Sunsinger, which is the "Gift of The Sun",we can have an additional grenade charge,meaning we get 2 grenade charges.If we equip the exotic chest armor, the Starfire Protocol, which has the perk of an additional fusion grenade,do we get 3 grenade charges in total?

No you'll still only get 2 grenades with the Starfire Protocol. The perk and the armor do not stack. The armor allows you the option to choose another perk in that kill tree.
