Am I the only person who thinks the doctrine of passing is way overpowered I mean the laser thin spread 66 round magazine near infinite range is just ridiculous Multi tool doesn't compare
-
I think the easier solution would be to nerf fusion rifles
-
Mida is OP because it is Viable at all ranges, you can kill someone at Sniper range with it, and at Auto Rifle Range, it also has an extremely low time to kill. Doctrine has a time to kill that is less than Mida's time to kill but it is only viable at extremely close range. The Last word has the highest time to kill but is also only viable at close range.
-
Its not OP...neither was necrocasm or atheons epilogue, in year one. The meta is so shit right now that guns from year one that nobody ever touched before are being called OP. You never noticed these weapons because you was too busy cherishing your y1 thorn, Tlw, and hawkmoon
-
Yes, DoP is broken. But you realise that screaming 'Nerf' is going to result in every single auto rifle getting nerfed, right?
-
Yes way OP. Nerf fusion rifles now.

Edited by beedel: 3/2/2016 9:47:53 PMI don't have one, and i think it's an okay gun. Not over powered at all. Vex, suros, thorn.... now those guns were deadly in anyone's hands in their hey day.

I feel like the Doctrine is what Hard Light should be
-
There has only ever been 1 true OP gun in all of Destiny PvP... The Vex Mythoclast This thing had a massive mag size, could kill you from damn near any range in 3-4 shots (didn't even need headshots) and was so bad, Bungie nerfed it's damage by over 30%.... Not to mention, this gun also goes down with every Fusion Rifle Nerf too, so the damage gets cut even more so. Think about it.. They had to basically cut the damage in half.... because of how OP it was. No other gun in the game has been sliced so cleanly in PvP. Long Live the Vexo!!

I would be fine if it had less rounds maybe 48 would be fine or a damage falloff rethink
-
If it wasn't so damn easy to acquire, maybe there wouldn't much of an over abundance of them.
-
Everyone knowd bungos gmae no work
-
That said I saw more of those than I did mida or last word this time Shhhhh don't tell Bungie or they will kill it lol
-
You forget the hopscotch pilgrim
-
54 rounds is usually what it runs at. It's not that effective at longer ranges, but if you're playing against a slow person, you can win. If you're facing a doctrine at close range with a Mida, it would make sense that you get wrecked. I feel like it's fine the way it is.
-
Bad bait is convenient
-
You're a Y1 player so you know what OP weapons truly are. Bad bait is bad...
-
Your IQ is showing.
-
You're getting to close to it.
-
Infinite range? Bro it has like no range and landing shots at extremely long ranges are hard af. You don't know what "op" is.
-
The TTK on it is average at best
-
No, it's balanced, it's just the people that have worked hard enough to get it usually have better gun skill than an average player that pulled a mida off the weapons kiosk
