It's become a contest of who has the better lag...crucible is almost unplayable at the moment...too many red bars too little fun

Agreed. Never had problems before and they're every other game now. I get a good, lag free game, and suddenly it's being broken up. I never experienced or noticed so much lag until you guys started talking about it and making the tweaks.
-
It's horrendous...the problem I have with it is the red bars still seem to be coming out on top. CBMM should be a priority, SBMM should be a choice in a delegate playlist
-
A challenge with a separate playlist is you end up with far too many playlists, spreading out the players which makes all of them worse off.
-
To be honest I don't think so, I think most people would stick with CBMM, I just think people should have the choice for SBMM as and when then fancy it...the way things are at the moment trials is a more relaxed game mode than clash because of the competitiveness...that can't be right
-
Haven't played trials yet, so yeah, that doesn't sound right. Destiny has a large enough player base to accommodate a separate playlist for now. But games like Halo held on to their excessive playlist count for far too long and made the whole matchmaking experience bad. Bad enough that people only played one playlist and a mere handful played the remaining ones.
-
Trials is actually fun, no lag! Haha but I never played halo so wouldn't know about that...just know SBMM should not be forced onto people, I can't just chill with friends like I used to
-
I see your point. I know my friends have a rough time playing in my group as I tend to hog all the kills...not intentionally...I'm just a little more experienced. So, under SBMM, I tend to pull us up to higher skilled matches and my friends get annihilated. But, whatever they're doing now for determining connection speeds is just not working.
-
That's exactly the problem, it's not fun for them and it's not fun for you if you can't win a game. it almost pushes solo play which is then where the poor connections affect it, The damage referee doesn't seem to be working just yet
-
Yeah, agreed. Watching targets take hits but taking damage is frustrating.
-
Yep...so many people seem to feel like this so here's hoping it gets fixed because when it's lag free crucible can be fun and I genuinely enjoy it
