I don't know much about the stories as I haven't been keeping up with it, but I do know that you shouldn't play the neutral one first as it has spoilers for both storylines. You should play it last.

Thanks. Also, what I do know is that Conquest doesn't have any side missions like awakening (Birthright does), and that in conquest Corrin tries changing the nation from the inside.
