Great post. There is a ton of info here, a lot of it that has been said before. I can't promise any of these things will make it into the game, but will ensure this post gets to the right people.
Private matches is a big want for me. There is a lot a great thing the community could use them for and I will always be pushing for them behind the scenes. On the PVE side, bringing the old Raids and POE back up to the highest difficulty is one of the most asked for changes, and I will also be pushing for that as well. Thanks for continuing to provide us your feedback on all things Destiny.

Thanks for putting up with us and responding. Now go kick some dev's in the backside for us and tell to read the Bungie forum sometime, they may get an idea of what the people that play (or played) the game actually want in order to stick with it. Here's a nugget of wisdom to give them "A little communication can go a long way" in keeping the community from going into meltdown.
-
Thank you, look forward to seeing this stuff in game.
-
Thanks for your response and action.

A big want from the community? It's been a big want since TTK was released and nothing has been done nor has anything been acknowledged. The community all asks for the same things and we get emotes. Cozmo, we know it's not you, but the devs, They're fing morons.
-
And this is proof that Bungie will listen if enough people get together. Sure, it may not happen exactly as we would like it if at all, but I think it's nice that we can actually communicate to each other.

There's been radio silence on all this from the Devs, except that Elemental Primaries are dead(which is incredibly stupid). You want us to keep talking about how to improve Destiny, but none of that has mattered so far. Why should we keep talking about it? Why should we care at all? Give us a reason to believe in the Devs that what we say matters.

Please include matchmaking more often. I get the Raids are tricky but PoE and these special events need matchmaking. Please.. it's been probably the most requested feature.
-
Agree on matchmaking for PoE

I've been saying most of this for a while now, never understood why you would take amazing content away by making it irrelevant, two Raids, Prison of elders. That stuff was awesome, and why make exotics irrelevant as well, I am less inclined to strive for something and spend money on it if it will be useless not long after I buy it. Just food for thought.

Umm, you say
"On the PVE side, bringing the old Raids and POE back up to the highest difficulty is one of the most asked for changes, and I will also be pushing for that as well"
and that is not quite true. The most requests are for multiple levels - not just the "highest difficulty." By misstating things might get things done that could (most likely would) rile a lot of people. As it is, to many things are either too hard for some, and too easy for others. IMO, the removal of having several level choices in the story missions was a very bad move. Removing the different levels for the different strikes wasn't a wise move either. So, it should be more level options, which would include higher difficulty levels! Not just higher difficulties being added.

Put all this into the game And I'll come back. Pve was my fun And I loved the old strikes.

Thank you. Finally. Wondered if you would ever reply to one of these posts.

You should push for the company you work for to not be so dam greedy. We all understand the company needs to make money in order to stay alive. However, all of the decisions based on financial logic has made the game worse. No one will buy destiny 2 if destiny 1 stays in its current state. You guys had every opportunity to make the perfect game, and that was thrown to the wayside so your executives could earn their fat bonus. I am looking forward to the upcoming update. Though, I am pessimistic based on bungies prior decisions. With all the man power there, it only seems logical to return the game to its former glory, THEN move on to the next project. It will be much easier dealing with a happy community rather than a pissed off community. Logic man, logic.

Edited by Slain: 2/17/2016 10:13:52 PMThank you for the reply. I know private matches would be a big undertaking. Realistically, it seems better suited for the sequel rather than as an addition to destiny 1.
