I'm an avid (addicted) player and grind everything for loot, especially when that loot is unique like the Crimson Doubles ghost shells are. I already have 2 320 ghost shells, one from the raid and one from Iron Banner. I played Crimson Doubles across 3 characters completing all the bounties plus even more hours of running with friends just hoping for a single ghost shell drop. I didn't get any. I would have been thrilled with a drop at any light level but not a single one dropped in probably 10-12 hours of play in that event.
So... while I have no sympathy for those who don't grind for gear, not having all the gear that I or you do, I also feel Bungie screwed up again on drop rates like they did in the first year 2 Iron Banner and many other activities, but this time, they are doing the right thing.
For me it's not about who's 320 and who isn't. It's pretty clear a level 300 guardian with Ice Breaker still OHK's a level 320 guardian in ToO. So everyone that played 7 CD matches getting a 320 ghost shell is no big deal to me.
