SBMM was the worst thing you guys have done to date! Year one had lag, sure, but this new system only worsened that lag to where im not even doing damage to people. People tanking supers, headshots from a sniper, melees just not registering..... Its just pathetic.
It has gotten better, but it is still problematic

I would say that your best option, if yo uwant to keep SBMM, is to make a separate playlist thats for ranked matches only and make the rest of crucible CBMM. That would make both players of ranked and casual happy without doing too much in general

You should make an option to lock the connections to the best possible, but long macthamkign time, to any connection for quick matches
