I wonder why the perk angry magic doesn't make scatter grenades track like they do with nothing Manacles.. Cause that seems like the most angry magic in the game. Also the tracking it gives for nova bomb is minimal and barely worth using. And it would still keep nothing Manacles worth using as you gain an additional charge. I don't know, maybe that would be too op.
