We already did... we noticed this and the Ram's ability to survive sniper head shots real quick. Where the hell have you been since the ram was first released? The only reason my brethren haven't been raging about this is that the ram use has gone down drastically since the armor buff was reduced from 5% to 3%.
Besides, it is from an exotic perk, not a gimme for just using that class.
