Hello fellow guardians We at bungie have spent the christmas break debating as to what the community want. After many days and several gallons of coffee being consumed we have finally decided what this new super update will consist of. Raids: Now we all know that raids are the hearts of this game and seeing as so many people enjoyed them here is what we have in store for you: - vault of glass and crotas end will now provide more up to date versions of the gear and weapons you so dearly love in the new legendary difficulty. - the requirements for legendary difficulty will be 310 light for both raids. Thats right ladies and gentlemen you can now obtain up to 320 vision of confluances and fatebringers. Eververse: Right so this was a difficult topic to agree on. Seeing as so much of your money was generously given to tess in exchange for many things but here is what we have done. - silver will no longer be purchased with mirco transactions (there will be no more) - silver can now be obtained by completing patrols in the various locations and also by playing crucible. - all money that has already been given to tess will be refunded for everyone over the next few months. - legendary marks can also be exchanged for silver by visiting tess. Xur: We all love that stranger who comes into the tower every weekend to sell us some great gear but many people seem upset with him when he arrives. So we thought "how can we make you lot fall in love with him again?" - all year 1 exotics will be upgraded to year 2 stats, the ones which have not been upgraded yet will be sold by xur and xur alone. - Instead of 1 of each class item and 1 weapon we have increased it to 2 items for each class and 3 weapons, this will be done randomly (we promise) Strikes: Since the start of year 2 all you guardians have been enjoying the new strikes and the updated ones but now all the strikes will be updated and improved upon so you guys and girls can go and take down the archon priest with tougher enemies. Prison of elders: Speaking of the archon priest we have also decided to update prison of elders with new enemies and alot of new gaming mechanics, you think qudron was tough? Just you wait.
