Fair enough. Definitely a work in progress on this idea. Would be interesting to see what the final product would look like if I edit this as popular ideas roll in.

To be honest, I wouldn't mind it being cheap if there was only one chance to re roll per weapon. Like if there is a node on the far left that says re roll, and as soon as you use it, you get a new set of perks, but then the node disappears. That way, if you get a god awful roll of Icarus and surrounded, you can maybe get something not so bad.
