The only way to quit is cold turkey really otherwise you are just prolonging your "-blam!- it I dont need to quit" period
The best thing to do like others said is to adjust your routines. Tobacco use is ALL ABOUT ROUTINE.
For me its driving and smoking. I cant get in my car and drive somewhere without lighting up a smoke
