I would highly recommend contacting Sony regarding your console. This could be more serious than a disc issue - it may be hardware related.

Absolutely not as mentioned this ONLY happens while using the year 1 destiny disc ONLY.. It is a destiny issue 100%

Just because other games don't trigger this problem [i]right now[/i], doesn't mean the condition won't worsen. The behavior you describe is not typical, and traditionally would indicate a hardware issue. I'd still recommend contacting Sony. If you truly believe it is the disc, the base digital version of the game, is the Legendary edition.

I'm going to get my hands on a cheap copy of the original then I'm going to video both my old disc and the new disc over a time lapse then post these responses + proof of the new copy working to every social network possible.. As explained it is a software related issue during game play of destiny in other words the error specifically says it is due to the application destiny and that the data/software on the DISC is corrupted.. This causes a chain reaction and it never happened before the 1.19 update that oh by the way is painfully 18.9 painfully slow Gs of data which by the way is easily done through my fiber connection on any other system I have in my house in under 20 mins but somehow always takes an hour or two to download that ridiculous update file. There are many things that can happen here to make life more enjoyable while playing the wickedly laggy, error prone game of destiny...
