I did. Smoked for 30 years. At most 4 packs a day.
Stopped cold turkey.
Have quit many times before. Once for 2 years. This time is final.
Had to change daily habits.
No coffee. Wanted a smoke
No beer n shots. Wanted a smoke.
After meal smoke cravings went away when I started eating fresh fruit after a meal
Gotta change the tastebuds.

For me it has to do with when i do things that are borring lol like when driving or when i shower or waiting for someone. And good job on quitting man
