I quit cold turkey about 9 years ago. I was bitchier than usual for a week and as long as you realize is happening and why, it's easy to keep a handle on it. It's harder if you live in denial of you nicotine-craving bitchfest.
Other than that, not many tips I can give you except don't even have one. Don't bum one from someone, don't have one after a few drinks, don't do it. I ate a shitload of carrot sticks too, just to satisfy the freaky mouth/hand interaction craving that your brain tricks you into.

Thanks man, and congrats on quitting and staying clean. And yeah, i have been bitchy because of it before but also i start feeling sick.. not like you do off of hard core drugs but i will feel dizzy and my stomache will feel super weird.

Yeah. Fortunately the physical craving is the first thing to go away. Takes a week or two but after you're over the physical bit, things get better. The psychological craving is forever. Just to remind you of your past mistakes.
