Just read the article by Deej. Earlier today I read a lot of nasty posts directed at him. There he sat (probably not) reading all the BS being spewed yet all he took was the message, and guess what DEEJ LISTENED. Not only that, he did it without showing one ounce of salt back onto us in his message.
Just keep that in mind when you come in here keyboard warriors, you don't need to spew venom on the guy to make a point, as he asked send him a link to a clip and state your issue. Like anything the more mature you go about it the more likely he is to address your specific issue with devs.
**thanks for listening to us Bungie/Deej

Are you Deej?

Wow, fanboy much? You act as if these problems suddenly arose out of nowhere and Bungie immediately informed us and fixed the problems. None of that happened and they admitted it. Matchmaking is horrible, worse than current Halo, and that says a lot. Let's lay it all out there: the campaign was mediocre and far too short, matchmaking is (and always has been) unbalanced and laggy, the DLCs were unimaginative and overpriced and now they've rolled out microtransactions and 'event' DLCs moving forward. This illustrates to me perfectly that they are either incompetent or don't care. Then come the supposed leaks of how the DLCs were the original campaign and they just cut them and charged us for them. Now all of the changes or 'tweaks' in secret to stuff people actually like (not me). I think the Crucible is horrible; people still just run around sliding with shotguns. All of their nerfs did nothing, people still afk every day. Matches are still entirely one sided, more often than not. The game has been broken for a while and they have yet to fix it.

Dude, all he was saying was thanks to Deej for responding...He wasn't defending anything lol. Yet you're going to come at him and call him a fanboy? He could very much well agree that the game needs a tremendous amount of work, as you do and I do as well, but showing a little gratitude that they are in fact listening to us even if it takes a LONG time to implement doesn't make one a fanboy... Say you were working on a long project for your parents or your child or a friend (depending on one's age), you'd feel a little better if one person out of every 20 wasn't spewing salt at you for why the it wasn't getting done faster. Or why you decided to paint it a certain color yet they want a different color. I know this is a far stretched analogy but still, when did saying thank you classify someone as a fanboy? I'd say thanks to the Dev's for what they've tried to fix so far but I'd also let them know I think there are a LOT of problems that still need to be tackled. Now does that make me a fanboy as well?

He was in fact defending him; he called all the previous posts 'bs' and 'venom'. This implies that any gripes with the game were disingenuous because they were angry. I do not think we should thank them for attempting to fix what they broke. That's their job, that's why some people payed $100 for half a game. Let's not wash over the many, many problems with this game. They say they've fixed one, we will see ...

Edited by MBkook: 1/26/2016 5:45:02 AMBS can be used as a general term to describe the overall feel of a large group of posts. If someone was talking a lot of trash about you, you may consider it to be BS. But are you really going to sit here and try and say that posts on these forums aren't venomous? Especially when people are upset? That's like saying the sun is blue man, 95% of the posts on these forums are trashing someone or something. And in regard to his use of the word 'venom" I believe he was using it as a general term as well. Like saying "you don't need to be a condescending asshole, you could've just stated your point." Cause we all know, you don't need to be an asshole to get your point across, and if you are an asshole, your point has less sticking power. In the end though I guess it just comes down to how you read the post. You saw it one way, I see it another way. And as i said before, I think there is a lot that the Dev's still need to fix regardless of whether or not they broke it in the first place. Ill still say thanks for the effort tho. And when I say a lot, I do mean A Lot lol Edit: Damn spelling mistakes. Also, to be clear, not calling you an asshole. don't want any mix ups

You're a difficult argument; I find myself agreeing with you more than disagreeing.
