I'm going to get some seriously salty flak for this. Xbox live has way better firewalls, way better servers, way better connection, and is way more stable. Sony has absolutely awful firewalls as evident because multiple times the entire service totally dies. That never happens on Xbox. Oh, and Sony lost thousands upon thousands of people's personal information. Guess who didn't? Microsoft didn't.
