As a Steelers fan, I'm not happy the season is over for us, but we did good considering all the injuries and bullshit. They played their hearts out and that's all I can ask of them. Today was a great game that could've gone either way.
Props to the Broncos and their fans. They did the exact opposite of what Cincinnati did last week. Way to carry yourselves with some class instead of acting like thugs.
You never should have gotten this far.
Joey Porter.
-
What about Porter?
-
Should've been flagged for instigating.
-
Lmao. OK.
-
He had no business approaching Bengals players. It's fine that he was out there to see if the injured player was ok, but he crossed the line, which is why he got fined.
-
Did you watch the video? He didn't instigate anything.
-
Then why did he get fined $10,000?
-
Why did Josh Gordon get suspended a whole year for pot yet wife beaters get 4 games? The NFL disciplinary system is a joke, that's why. He did nothing wrong. He went out to assist AB, then stepped in between AB and the Bengals player who was -blam!-ing with him. If protecting your players is a $10,000 fine, I'm sure he'll gladly take a few more.
-
Same punishment as the other Steelers coach.
-
Mun got punished for yanking Pacman Jones' dreads after Jones ran him over. That fine was justified and he also got flagged for it. However Porter stepping in to protect his already injured player from a group of thugs looking for a fight was not justified.

If they had antonio brown they would've won probably.
-
Idk, Denver's secondary gave up a lot of yards but they kept us from scoring through the passing game. I think if Bell or Williams played it might have gone the other way, though.
-
Well yeah the steelers had a lot of big plays from bryant and heyward bay....wide open catches. Imagine adding antonio brown to that? Denver really only scored 12 points until there was 3 minutes remaining....
