Fix getting teleported directly under the shade's slam

It's just ridiculous. How hard would it be to code that no one gets teleported any less than 1.5-2 seconds before he slams? That's long enough for the teleport visuals to go away and a good player to dodge, but not so long that any idiot could sleepwalk through the encounter. I'm a little bit salty obviously but it seems like this happens to someone on my team on about 9/10 runs so the salt is justified. There's no 'git gud' way to dodge that... Or is there?
