This idea has been knocking around in my head for awhile now... I don't know if this has already been suggested, so I'll just throw it out there... Casters/Launchers could be a new heavy weapon that does exactly as their name implies, they Cast/Launch their specific Damage Type out of the main weapon creating a shotgun like effect, but with more pizazz. Arc, Void, Solar casters/launchers could all resemble each other, but have different ways of Casting their Arc, Void, or Solar Damage Types.
