Destiny final raid creation

So ya been spending some time on this and I'd thought I'd pitch it to the community I know it's a lot of reading :/ but let's be serious a good raid takes time (VoG) and this is only the start and the first of five major edits to this post so comment and opinions are welcome. The seeds of destruction (note this is a fresh idea and I will make constant changes to it so that is stays within the lines of the game) It takes you to the vault of glass to the very moment atheon spawns This checkpoint will be called 'déjà vu' after killing atheon a bridge forms in the back and a message pops like the 'atheon opens the timestream' It's currently in decision if a event has to happen or the players discover how to activate the bridge (No checkpoint name decided) It will say 'is your light strong enough' Once you begin crossing you see these messages (If the team could turn these messages into audio bits that would make it so much better) once 1/4 across an new message pops 'Your light will be tested' Half way 'Your light will be twisted' 3/4 'Your light will be corrupted' Fully across the bridge vanishes and a final message pops 'Your light will be consumed' Once across your teleported into a long corridor where there large sections with paintings on them (or scriptures if you wish) This area in know as the hall of memories Each depicting the very events of the Destiny universe From the finding of the traveler To the golden age The battle of the twilight gap The great collapse The rise of atheon The fall of crota The arrival of the dreadnaught and oryx The forge of gods The comet of darkness The farther you journey the more darker the images become (I guess pun intended?) The vex conquered the cabal and turned Mars into another version of mercury (many other planets followed) The walls that protected the city collapsed to the fallen and the city was turned into a slaughter house (imagine the room before SP in the Devils lair strike and image that a city, streets covered in skeletons) This ties to paradox where the memory 2 ghost states the vex know of their end and this rooms explains why And at the very end there is a door but above it is one final painting that shows the traveler in the middle with blackened hands at the bottom reaching for it Under the painting it reads 'The light that has given us life has now left us to die in eternal darkness' (This could be turned into a cinematic cutscene with your ghost explaining the events that have happened to you and your team but once it begins seeing the events to be the ghost starts acting worried, at the end of the hallway your ghost sees the traveler painting and flips and shuts down and you can't use your ghost for the rest of the raid) (Side note #1 the cinematic would just be for intensive purposes as a trailer for the raid or for an actual cutscene during the raid) (Side note #2 you would still be able to pull out your ghost to leave the raid and such but after the previous section the ghost shell is empty and it lays dead in your hand) Once leaving that area you are teleported to an area know as the oblivion, this area houses new designed enemies, vex that have been twisted into monsters(this area could also have fallen,cabal,hive and maybe taken since this is the darkness that created them all) And the oblivion is large area where the ground constantly shifts, blocks rise and fall, small doors open releasing tons of enemies, the walls shift as well so that people don't hide in corners (basically take the conflux room and combine it with atheons room and that's the size of the first room) with once central area and 4 others that branch off, these areas go up and down and can change sizes at any time( this is the biggest RNG area ever created) This checkpoint will be called 'Decide your own fate' Your team must survive a set time in the first room, after that the first door opens and you must enter in and destroy or control the area (each room has a different classed enemy that is in that room, it could be a gatelord or something that may pose more of a threat) Destroying the room would require you to kill the guardian and destroy the conflux at the end of the room (this will be heavily guarded and shielded) Controlling the room would require you to kill the guardian and stand around the conflux (filling it with your light) the controlling process is like that of a public event or controlling a flag in crucible except the control rate will never speed up even though there are more guardians around it (tho each room will take longer to control because after each room that you've filled your light won't be as strong) Either choice will leave a big impact on how this section is played (once a room is competed the timer restarts) Destroying a room could let in more darkness thus causing enemies to be stronger and a bit more aggressive, controlling the room would leave the enemies at that level but they would come in much greater numbers Destroying a room would make the centre and all other rooms change faster and most sporadically (Note the doors will not close after completing that room so enemies from that room will follow your team into the centre at a constant rate and each room has higher levelled enemies) This next section depends on how you've handle the 4 other rooms (this section will be the area where the most deaths may occur due to the amount of enemies and how long this final section takes) The main room will shack and the centre will shift out rising a machine This machine is known as the cleanser (it's original purpose was to destroy the guardians but since they have tampered with the machines confluxes it is now theirs) and now it must be activated with light and darkness Fill it will the remains of darkness Each corner of the room will shift raising a tube or some sort of container( the corners will stop shifting to accommodate the containers and they will begin shifting again once the checkpoint is completed) Once the containers are raised light will surround the containers, you must kill enemies inside these areas of light to fill the containers (and any kills outside of these circles won't count cause I know someone might ask this, we can look into this and modify it so that kills outside the circle count for half) Each container must be filled with the remains of at least 50 enemies (red bar enemies count as 2 or 3 and yellow bar enemies count as 4 or 5) Once all containers are filled they sink into the ground and the checkpoint is completed Cleanse them with your light These section requires you and either the remaining guardians to surround the machine and charge it with your light (this will take a great amount of time due to how weak your light has become) This final section will be all about survive and staying within the area because the charge rate physic is now employed Charge rates 1 guardian= 0.50% charge per second (function to change for hard raid) (Yellow bar enemies appear in much larger numbers) As the machine nears fully charged the enemies will become more and more aggressive until the machine is fired Once the machine is fired a white flash goes off and all enemies are killed (loot drops at the same time) A chest/exotic drop chest will spawn if the team has one person stand on top of the cleanser and have 4 other guardians go into each room (1 per room) and have those guardians stand on top of those confluxes (If needed there could be a timer for how long they stand or how long they have to unlock the chest, or specific order) Note: the rooms destroyed will not be accessible even after the check point has been finished, so the catch to the exotic chest or hidden will be to face all 4 rooms controlled with basically 100+ enemies attacking the team until the machine is active and the cleansing has happened Remember only 1/5 completed and the major edits probably will come either bi weekly or once a month depending on time and help So honestly if you want to help out send me a message
