No. It's a video game. If you had real flinching anytime anyone was shot, than you would never win a gun battle unless you shoot first. Player A sees player B before player B sees player A. Player A shoots first. Player B is staggered. Player A keeps shooting Player B. Player B can not return accurate fire because he keeps getting hit. Player A kills Player B.

  • I think we could get around the player who shoots first winning. Our stats such as strength and discipline could really mean something. For example, if you are under fire and have good discipline and strength, you will take more damage before flinching upon descope, which allows you to be able to outgun a foe.

  • Now you're taking about damage reduction which leads to balancing issues. Just look at the issues sunbreaker had before the last patch. And before that, warlocks wearing the ram helmet.
