I personally am not a very big fan of the new REQ system, it was a cool idea on paper, but once they added they microtransactions I kinda started hating it. What's your opinion on the matter?
Update: This was never planned, but apparently this is now a dick poll 👏

I want to say it's a good idea. I want to say that it makes wars one a fun and engaging experience. I want to say that wartime is balanced. But it's not.

1 ReplyReach's system was better

1 ReplyGives you more reason to play. You're always unlocking something at all times. I enjoy it.

It's good, but it could be better. I think armor/weapon skins should be acquired from challenges and weapons/vehicles/power ups for warzone should be acquired the way they currently are.
-
It ruins progression.
-
I like the req system but I wished there were more stuff you could get from doing challenges. Like helioskrill

As long as I can earn each 'Base' type Bronze, silver and gold without having to drop real money then I don't mind. If they became real money only then I'd moan.

Dick polls...

3 RepliesWhy the -blam!- is the poll a dick?

Only have a problem with the RNG on the armour, but aside from that, it's fine.

Edited by GHOST 9o5: 1/7/2016 5:42:42 PMYou should just be able to buy the things like in Reach.. For armor. Not weapons.
-
I'm indifferent to it. I don't mind it being random, because I'm trying to unlock everything. I'm almost done too.
-
I'd prefer a Reach system where we can buy items.
-
It's a really good microtransaction system. But I would prefer halo reach's massive credit grind since I know what I am buying with my grinded points. But in exchange for free monthly DLC? I'll deal with it.

8 RepliesRuins armor customization IMO. Armor should always be unlocked through achievement.

It's a cancer that needs to be cut out
-
Just reminds of Mass Effect 3 and Battlefield 4

Edited by TheDesertRanger: 1/6/2016 11:38:52 PMIt doesn't bother me, but it doesn't change my dislike for the game. The pace is too fast, and eliminates one of the main things that drew me to Halo in the first place.

It's good. It's not like its mandatory to buy a few pack with actual money. I can get a gold pack within 6 games of warzone assault

It is great. It is the perfect way to implement microtransactions. REQ points are easy enough to collect.
