Who makes your blood boil the most in PvP?
I honestly just want a matchmaking based on connection not wins :)

1 ReplyYes! Exactly! Bungie balances your KD and your streaks by penalizing your connection quality. I was doing well one evening, and I started being match made with people in Germany when I am in Canada. There are millions of players in Destiny - prioritize good connections.
