Hello DocWong,
The Sparrow S-10 is only granted once per character. If you had deleted all of these Sparrows prior to the launch of Destiny: The Taken King, it will not be present in your Sparrow Collection. The only way for this Sparrow to be granted again, is on a new character that has not had any other Sparrows transferred into their Inventory.

The Raids still drop old emblems and shaders even if they're repeats. That empty blueprint in the Sparrow kiosk is just going to be left there? Why have it if it is impossible to obtain beyond esetting my character and loosing my faction rep...Lame... :/

Well that's disappointing then and I really wanted to try it out in SRL before it ended.
