I got Destiny for the PS4 on Christmas from my parents and when I went to put in my Taken King code it said that had already been used. I talked to Sonys chat and they told me that the only thing that could be done is to take it back to the retailer and exchange it. So I did that today since I was going to be by my parents house again. I stopped at their best buy and told them what happened and they eventually gave me a new game. Instead of doing a normal ring up they just opened a new game and handed it to me. I now just got home and once again my Taken King code doesn't work, again. I don't know what to do now since I don't even have a receipt for this game and I don't really have time to drive the 50 minutes back to the Best Buy. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Or does anyone have any suggestions as to who I should try and contact? Thanks.

Unfortunately the only thing that you can do is return to the retailer from which your purchased it from. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12131
If you are experiencing issues with Destiny: The Taken King codes purchased from a retailer, please contact the retailer for assistance.
If the code is not being recognized properly, you may need to contact the retailer from which you purchased Destiny: The Taken King. For more information on code redemption, please see our FAQ: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12131 Honestly your best bet is to go back and get a new one again :( and Best Buy can pull up your purchases via computer so no worries :(. Persistence is key.
