Maybe if you hit the ppl with the hammers it would kill them. You shouldn't be rewarded for hitting the area around your target. It doesn't work that way with the bow so why should it with hammers?

But now gg is better in every way...

All I was saying is if you hit NEAR your target but don't hit them DIRECTLY they shouldn't die. Yes the bow tethers but does not kill if you miss. The hammers have burn if one hits near you. That shouldn't kill them tho only direct hits should. That's what I meant by the post.

So you're saying the tether doesn't reach out to the target if you don't direct impact them. Interesting!

I didn't realise tethering a player killed them instantly... Oh wait, it doesn't.

You specifically said rewarded. But yes, with the detriments of the super, based on the Third person aiming, Travel time, Arched Trajectory,t we should get a bit of leeway in the kill. We don't get some special effect if we miss. If we miss, we miss. If it comes close, within a reasonable margin, it should kill. That warlock on the car should have died to the blast radius. Something you need to keep in mind through that entire video, is that OP is using Forge Master (INCREASED blast radius) and Tracking (wonder what that does?). Both of which are shown to be negligible. I didn't see that hammer budge when it was veering right at the target and even when it was close it did jack shit.
