White meat is alright to eat depending on what it is, but red meat isn't meant to be eaten by humans, it's hard on our digestive system and we can't even process it very good. You're not allowed to eat red meat in my house otherwise you'll be kicked out, I had to do that to a family member 3 years ago and regret nothing.
