In a way I like this video for the simple fact that you've disproved the theory of the thousand yard meta in terms of it being the best, it's just the most used, that's all.
This also proves to everyone calling for sniper nerfs that a sniper can be countered, pretty easily if you try a different approach.

On some maps it's exreamly hard to out maneuver 3 snipers. It is decidedly easier on this map. A map like banneral or frontier its super hard to do. Also I hate playing those maps slow enough to maneuver and push because that's just extra time they get to charge supers. If possible IMO you want to kill them as fast as possible to prevent that.

But you must agree that snipers are the meta. And that there is no scope sway, or holding your breath, or substantial recoil knocking you out of your sights, that quickdraw for a sniper is illogical. They're too easy to use. Yes they can be countered, but to do so, you have to hide and never peek into sniper lanes. The fact that there are sniper lanes on such a close-quarters map is kind of disturbing. Thanks for your comment though.

Just cuz 1k yrds are very prevalent doesnt mean they are op though. They are easy to get so people choose those. I get so tired of hearing "the aim assist is sooo high its so easy!" When you look at its 56 aim assist and lots other sniper rifles in 70's

There is base aim assist and then the added assist that you get from utilizing certain optics and perks. Shortgaze scope bumps up the aim assist substantially. Ambush does as well, but not as much as shortgaze. Some of the other nodes do as well like hidden hand, hot swap, and I believe smoothbore. So it's possible to have nearly maxed aim assist depending on the roll.

Yes i was talking base stat

Another cat who uses his 1k crutch without a scope. You guys and your only 56 aim assist crack me up. Lolz.
