I think bungie could really upgrade their character ceeation options. Not only facial features and such, but build and height too perhaps as well as age. Maybe some gaurdians want to look like an 80 year old veteran gaurdian, and maybe some gaurdians would like to look like child prodigy warriors. I just think that adding those features would not require a lot of effort and give a greater character variety base as well.
