Light on exotics problem
Dear bungie, if I'm being stupid let me know, but I had a helmet exotic engram and a heavy weapon one too. I'm 310 and when I decoded the heavy it was 290.
This shouldn't happen.

U get 310 exotic when your light level hit 311+.. 100%

At 311+ you get guaranteed 310 exotics.
