Hi Bungie. I have been following Destiny since the beginning on PS3 platform and was well up to date with the Taken King. I knew I would.be transferring to ps4 this December but was under the impression from bungie that I would be eligible for a free crossover or at least for the expansions. It was because of this reason alone that I purchased the dark below, house of wolves and taken king otherwise I would have waited. I love the game but no game is worth paying double! I get hold of a ps4 today and have only 1 option to pay full price for the digital edition of all the games! I call psn and they say unfortunately the offer has expired from bungie and they sympathise that I have paid upfront for all ps3 versions but will have to repurchase the entire game again for ps4. This is insanely unfair! Firstly, that the information regarding it being a offer did not even have an expiry dat. Secondly, that I am a loyal customer who have paid my fair share and should not be penalised for not getting a ps4 earlier (which is neither your concern nor has anything to do with you; so once again why the expiry?) Thirdly, how can you possibly condone this situation as fair? Destiny has cost me £160 up to now when all my info and purchase history is on my psn acc and your servers, its not as if i brought discs the first time round. Let me emphasise please that I would have been happy to wait until now to purchase the expansions had it not been for the reassurance of a free upgrade. Playstation cannot authorise a refund so here I am. Is there anything that can be done about this? Is there a customer service dpt I can call or email? Thanks Jkaisel
